How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Pitchside account in two ways:

Option 1: Delete in App

Settings > Account > Delete Account

Option 2: Email Request

Request Deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Profile data
• Name and email
• Phone number
• Google/Apple login identifiers
• Profile picture
• Player profile information
• Attendance and session data
• Support requests (where possible)

What May Be Retained?

• Legal compliance data
• Fraud prevention and security logs
• Backup systems (temporary retention)

Data is retained only as long as necessary and is removed or anonymised where possible.

Deletion Timeframe

We aim to process requests within 30 days.

Some data may persist temporarily in backups but will not be actively used.
